Show pride in your work and takes ownership of your own performance.\n• Foster emotional and social connection within the store environment and community, while recognizing the value that different perspectives bring.\n• Take accountability for how you present yourself and manage your emotions in order to create a positive environment for yourself and others.\nYour day to day:\n• Leverage product knowledge to actively sell and style our products and offer fit advice, including bra fitting (training will be given)\n• Introduce and educate our customer about our Brand’s mission, values, and ethos.\n• Have a customer-first mindset when working with customers.\n• Show up to shifts on time with a can-do attitude.\n• Be flexible through shift to work in multiple zones while effectively communicating with your team.\n• Process purchases, returns and exchanges.\n• Keep your store clean and tidy and maintain store presentation.\n• Process, organize, and prepare inventory.\n• Restock sales floor throughout the day.\nWe’d love to hear from you if you have:\n• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry\n• A passion for helping others and enjoys being a part of a team\n• The ability to multi-task and pivot quickly while working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.\n• Have exceptional communication skills and are comfortable receiving feedback\n• Ambition to learn and grow from others.\n• A fan of SKIMS our product, and our values\nWhat is expected of you:\n• Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.\n• Have a minimum of 12 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable.\n• Must regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers.\nDoes not want to be an influencer\nSKIMS is committed to continuously creating an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates, reflective of the rich diversity of the communities we serve.
